helpful staff kind staff beautiful view great housekeeping

the staff was really helpful and kind. i left my luggage at the hotel after checkout. the room had a beautiful street view, just as promised. housekeeping was at its best, so all my requests were heard!

the hotel only had one elevator and it didn't seem to work very well.

mixed feelings about the stay

strong smell lower rate

the staff was friendly and the location was quite central.

the room smelled strongly of cleaning products, almost like they were trying to hide something. one night, there was considerable banging coming from upstairs. i would not stay again, unless other rooms are significantly better. this particular room should be offered at a lower rate.

the location seemed like a sweet secret so close to everything yet nestled away. the staff offered a warmth i won't soon forget their smiles greeted each morning like sunshine. breakfast offered many options and i found it a good way to begin each day.

i noticed some street noise at night but it faded away with the dreams of the day.

The room had sealed bath sponges, combs, and dental kits for each person. Shampoo and body wash were also available. all common areas presented as very clean. the hotel appears well kept overall. i found the breakfast selection included ample choice of drinks.
